Yufeng Intelligent aims to address the pain point of balancing efficiency and storage capacity in production business scenarios. It flexibly combines the characteristics of various storage devices to solve business scenarios where both cannot be achieved at the same time, and provides supporting AMR products at the back end to replace repetitive manual operations. Specifically, with the four-way cart as the core, dynamic storage of pallets with high density is achieved. Due to the limitations of the elevator and the shelf loading and unloading strategies in the warehouse, the efficiency problems that the four-way cart cannot meet are supplemented by the line-side stacker. The four-way cart goes through the picking link when leaving the warehouse, and the goods required by the distribution center are transported and stored by the line-side stacker. Thanks to the powerful algorithm capabilities of the system software, the system can easily cope with Multi-SKU and high-throughput scenarios while achieving high-density storage.

The back-end uses AGV to deliver to designated workstations. On the one hand, it improves the efficiency of warehousing and warehousing, maximizes the flexibility and scalability of transportation, and intelligent equipment can be added one by one in the later smart logistics upgrade process. On the other hand, it can be connected with other subsystems only through AMR, further reducing the complexity of integration.

In the intelligent handling sector, Yufeng Intelligent brings a variety of AMR products such as stacking type and counterbalanced type. The stacking type AMR has been upgraded through new iterations, with stronger product performance and narrower aisle requirements, to achieve efficient, accurate and safe material handling. Using 3D vision and slam navigation technology, the AMR can dynamically adjust the operation path autonomously to better adapt to various application scenarios.

The 2T counterbalanced AMR exhibited this time is the debut of Yufeng Intelligent's new product. In operation scenarios such as production line docking, heavy-load stacking, and soft-package stacking, it can not only meet the needs of logistics stacking and transfer operations, but also has the advantages of good climbing ability and a large load range.

As a heavyweight product in the Heli Intelligent i series, the 3.5 ton counterbalanced AGV has won the American International Design Excellence Award (IDEA), perfectly interpreting the innovative practice under the five core concepts of "intelligence", "integration", "interconnection", "efficiency" and "safety". The industry's unique new three-point structure has a smaller turning radius and stronger passing ability, and can meet complex scenarios such as outdoor handling and loading and unloading, and indoor heavy object handling.

At the Digital Factory Logistics Technology Forum hosted by the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing on November 6, Yufeng Intelligence shared its views on the theme of From Traditional to Digital: The Transformation of Logistics Technology in the Printing Industry, and explained in detail Yufeng Intelligence’s smart logistics solutions in the printing industry.

At the same time, at the National Warehouse and Distribution Center Planning and Construction Seminar hosted by the China Warehousing and Distribution Association, Yufeng Intelligent gave a speech on "New Generation of Intelligent Logistics Technology Empowering Benchmark Smart Factories" and discussed future logistics development trends and challenges.
