At the exhibition, the stacking AGV cooperated with the four-way shuttle car and cooperated with the company's self-developed software system to demonstrate the efficient operation scene of the whole process from material handling to storage and retrieval. The four-way car dense storage solution can maximize the space utilization of the storage area. The back-end uses AGV robots for logistics transfer and delivers the goods to the designated workstations.

Yufeng Intelligent Four-Way Shuttle Car products focus on high-density storage needs, with a maximum load of 2000kg, providing more storage space and higher load capacity. The back-end AGV robot in this application scenario can also be temporarily replaced by manual operation. In the later stage, intelligent equipment will be added one by one during the smart logistics upgrade process to further increase the flexibility and scalability of logistics inside and outside the warehouse and improve the efficiency of warehousing.

The Stacking AGV exhibited this time is an iterative upgraded product. It adopts 3D visual obstacle avoidance to ensure the safe operation of the robot in all directions. The floating drive system can better adapt to road surfaces under different working conditions. In addition to automatic charging with a retractable charging head, it is also equipped with a hidden manual charging port to support quick replacement of new batteries, ensuring the continuity and high efficiency of the AGV robot's operation.

The upgraded stacking AGV has a more compact structure. While ensuring the performance and efficiency of the vehicle body, it achieves efficient and precise material handling with stronger product performance and narrower aisle requirements.
